Furnace Repair

Furnace repair for homes and light commercial properties in Cincinnati, Loveland and Northern Kentucky.

A furnace usually gives some warning before it stops heating. You might feel cold air coming from the vents, hear banging, squealing or rattling when it starts up, or find water on the floor around a high-efficiency unit. Sometimes the furnace won't turn on at all, and that tends to happen on the first cold night of fall. We start by finding the cause. Our tech diagnoses the furnace, shows you what's going on, and gives you an upfront quote with your options. There are no hidden fees. You decide what happens next. If you go ahead, we do the repair. We'll be honest about whether a repair is worth it. If your furnace is worn out, we'll say so and walk you through what a replacement looks like. We stand behind our work with warranties and a satisfaction guarantee. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Common questions

Why is my furnace blowing cold air?

Common causes include a thermostat fan set to On instead of Auto, a clogged filter that makes the furnace overheat and shut off its burners, or an ignition or flame sensor problem. Check the thermostat setting and the filter first. If the air is still cold, call us and we'll diagnose it.

Why is there water around my furnace?

High-efficiency furnaces make condensation, and a clogged drain line or a failed condensate pump can send that water onto the floor. In summer, the leak may be coming from the AC coil that sits on top of the furnace. Either way, turn the system off and have it checked before the water causes damage.
